Dr. Ritter is very professional and I felt he really listened to my problem. He has done an endoscopy for me in the past and all went very well. His office staff is excellent also. They are prompt to call me back when promised and very helpful with any questions I may have.

The whole experience was great ! From setting up the appointment to the office visit ! Dr. Ritter took the time to explain my medical condition in detail and staff was great to work with from setting up my original appointment to setting up surgery and follow up appointment !

My first experience with Dr. Egan was a good one. She took time to show me my scans and go over them with me. She was very knowledgeable about how to proceed with my situation. She also provided the name of a Plastic Surgeon and suggested I follow up with a visit to get to the root of my muscle spasms. The waiting room was full of patients and yet she still took time to go over my scans with me. Impressive

I had to wait over an hour past my appointment which was 2:30. Got called back at 3:37. Was checking out by 4:15. The long wait time really needs to be addressed. The staff were extremely nice, understanding and attentive. Dr. Ridder was very personable and knowledgeable, easy to speak to.
