ABSOLUTELY 5STARS, Ms Ashley started it off with initial notice on phone; then, sustained superior performance at the desk with check-in; then Dr Harris, with his cool, calm, collected God-like bed-side care-doctor blessings did the almost impossible because I am SCARED😰 with surgery; then Andrea brings in the winning shot with smooth sailing scheduling:
